HAXSY Terms of Service

HAXSY operates an online retail store offering consumer products, including the HAXSY AirVac™.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of products or services at any time.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully accepted and processed.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or product updates.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update product information without prior notice.

All prices displayed on the HAXSY website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

HAXSY currently charges $4.99 flat-rate standard shipping on HAXSY AirVac™ orders where this shipping option is available.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, or shipping rates for future orders at any time.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, shipping restrictions, or incorrect order information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

After shipment, delivery typically takes approximately 10–15 days, depending on destination, carrier operations, customs, holidays, weather, and other circumstances.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order ships.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please contact HAXSY Customer Support as quickly as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

HAXSY may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, payment processors, and other service providers to process and deliver orders.

Your package may therefore be shipped directly from one of our fulfillment partners.

The use of a fulfillment partner does not change your relationship with HAXSY. For questions or problems concerning your HAXSY order, please contact HAXSY Customer Support, rather than the supplier or fulfillment provider.

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

If your HAXSY AirVac™ arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We may require your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video showing the problem.

Approved claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

HAXSY does not currently accept returns solely because of change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or because a customer no longer wants a correctly delivered, non-defective product.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before fulfillment begins. However, once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Promotions, discounts, promotional codes, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions and to reject the misuse of promotional offers.

The HAXSY name, branding, logos, website design, original text, graphics, and other HAXSY-created materials are owned by or licensed to HAXSY and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit HAXSY-owned content without permission.

You agree not to use the HAXSY website to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, transmit malicious software, or violate the rights of HAXSY or another person.

Your submission of personal information through the HAXSY website and checkout is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services involved in checkout, payment processing, fulfillment, and delivery may process information as necessary to provide those services.

Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how personal information is handled.

We work to keep the HAXSY website available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, service-provider interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HAXSY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
